Netter 2er WG im Viertel

Das Zimmer ist ruhig, obwohl wir mitten im Viertel wohnen. Das liegt daran, dass sich die Wohnung im vierten Stock befindet und das Fenster auf einen Park hinausgeht. Die Wohnung (und somit auch dein Zimmer) ist gut isoliert, das heißt, es ist kühl im Sommer und warm im Winter.

Die Wohnung ist übrigens möbliert, aber dein Zimmer wird nicht möbliert sein.

The room is quiet, even though we live in the center of the Viertel, and that's because the apartment is on the 4th floor and the window faces a park. The apartment (and so also your room) is well isolated, so it's warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The apartment is furnished, but your room won't be.

Die Lage:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alles was man braucht (Supermärkte, Bäckereien, ÖPNV) ist mehr oder wenigen in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Falls du das Viertel nicht kennst - es gibt zahlreiche Bars und Cafes in der Umgebung, zum Osterdeich läuft man 10 Minuten hin und die Auswahl am Restaurants lässt sich auch kaum Wünsche offen!

We're quite central: basically anything you need (supermarkets, bakeries, public transport) is just a few minutes away on foot. If you don't know the Viertel - there's enough bars and cafes here, you need about 10 minutes on foot to the Osterdeich and the choice of restaurants should satisfy you!

WG-Leben:

Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich haben 6 Jahren zusammengewohnt und sie zieht mit ihre Freund jetzt zusammen. Wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden und waren eng befreundet. Also, eine Zweck WG wünsche ich mir nicht. Ich arbeite aber auch vollzeitig, also verstehe ich selbstverständlich wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, tue ich selber auch.

Paar Worte zu mir: ich bin Ramneek, bin 32 Jahre alt und arbeite in der IT. Ich koche sehr gerne, treffe mich Abends und/oder am WE mit Freunde, trinke viel Kaffee und chille auch sehr gerne aufm Couch :)

Ich wünsche mir ein entspanntes und unkompliziertes WG-Leben, so nach dem Motto alles kann nichts muss :)

My flatmate and I have lived together for 6 years and she's moving in now with her boyfriend. We have naturally come to be fast friends during this time, so a WG just to pay the bills is not what I expect. However, I also work full time, so I understand when you need your space, coz I need mine from time to time as well.

A few words about myself: I'm Ramneek, I'm 32 and I work in IT. I love cooking, meet my friends a lot, drink a lot of coffee and you'll find me after all that on the couch :)

I wish for a relaxed, easy-going and uncomplicated WG life :)
